it seems that for the third weekend Gifted is expanding from 1146 theaters to over 1900, which is a lot!!! hopefully since this weekend there is no stron opening as there was like week. we can hope many people who chose other films, will go for gifted as they see it playing in a theater closer to them... I also see the movie is like 5,800,000 by now, so it has a good chance to make over their budget this weekend. Considering it still has to open in most international markets, I think it is getting a great run for a movie that is independent and started off as a limited release.

I discovered it when Evansface seemed to do a lot of interviews on MTV with Josh Horowitz. MTV's videos are strictly USA only. It used to drive me nuts till someone introduced me to the world of proxy. Weirdly enough somebody posted a tweet from The Talk with the same video and it worked perfectly anyway without the need of proxy help. I found it too late though.
I don't think this is the entire interview but it's as much as I've been able to capture. |
