I heard about this a couple of months ago but forgot about it until now and seeing the filmography posted by Bob84 reminded me to post this!

Did you know that there’s a sort-of-basically LOST Chris Evans movie? APPARENTLY THERE IS.
Back in 2003, a movie called The Orphan King was put into production. Chris Evans was cast as Seth King (real clever), and I believe Alexis Bledel was cast as his girlfriend. Apparently how it was described at the time was:
“Four boys growing up in the ‘80s start selling marijuana, and as they get older they start selling harder drugs and take control of a nightclub. One of the four, Seth, tries to break away by going to college and getting a new girlfriend.”
In a 2004 interview, Chris was asked about the project, and said:
“It’s this independent film I did over the summer. It’s got Alexis Bledel - who’s amazing, and Bill Pullman. It’s really low-budget, [with a] great, great script. [The] writer and director are the same guy. It’s a guy named Andrew Wilder. It’s essentially his story [about] a guy who grew up in New York. It’s really dark, drugs and sex and violence. It’ll probably be in festivals later on this year.”
Obviously that didn’t happen. As best as I can tell, while filming was allegedly completed, production was not finished. Some say the company ran out of funding, some claim they worked on the movie and the film fell apart in editing thanks to bad blood between the director and the producer. Who knows! Either way, this movie didn’t make it out of the editing room. No stills, no clips, nothing. It’s been removed from IMDB and declared “lost” by most folks - although a copy does still exist, according to an editor who worked on it, but it’s pretty unlikely it will ever be released.
Except… I DID find an incredibly short clip shared in an editor’s highlight reel! It’s up on Vimeo here. It begins at around the 6:28 mark and is about a minute long. Unfortunately, Chris is just barely in it, and only says one line. And he looks rather dorky and young:

Chris Evans Talks About Andrew Wilder & The Orphan King ~ 2004
Chris Evans: We shot that here over the summer. That’s a good, gritty independent. That’s a great example of a great script and director, first time director, never directed anything. A guy named Andrew Wilder wrote and directed it. When you have the writer director combo I have faith. They’re the same person, they have vision, they know what they want. This is his life story. It’s about a group of kids who grow up in the city who do bad things. They deal drugs, beat people up. My character meets a girl that inspires him. Tells him that he’s living below his potential and he gets out and leaves. His buddies kind of crumble and miss him. They do bad things to get him to come back. Long story short, it’s about drugs, violence, friendship, and love. It’s gritty and sad, but super independent, super low budget. That’ll run festivals and probably go to Tribeca [Film Festival] in May.
