Thanks so much for the links. Wow, the official China VOD has been downloaded 8.93 million times (if I translated that right). How much does a download cost or is like Neflix - free to members who pay a regular fee ? I'm reading some of the comments from the Chinese VOD. It looks like the story really resonated. No, downloading VIP film is forbidden in this site. Paid membership of this site can watch Gifted using a ticket; Non-Paid membership can watch it 48hrs after paid 5￥. vistors can watch it only 6mins.

I think I misunderstood the number at the top though. 895.6万 translates to 895.6 million and I highly doubt it was streamed or accessed that many times... (especially since Civil War's number is 5511.2 million) To what does it refer? Is it a bad translation by Google? |

North America Box office can reach 25M until the end of May, I guess It might take a little longer depending on how many theaters it loses and more and more big openings happen but I think it will get there. That's a big mile stone and a pretty great number for an Indie, especially a $7m budgeted one. |

There's still a European release too. 1 month until the UK, plus it won't open in France until September!! While I don't think it'll be huge here, I think it'll do quite well - I know a lot of my Facebook friends are anxiously waiting it's release here. |

It also has Latin America, Middle East, Australia etc It's only opened in about 5 or 6 markets. |

Tempted to sign up for an Unlimited card to go to the screening on the 12th, as well as on the 16th. If I sign up when I get paid I can cancel it and still attend the screening... Decisions, decisions.
I'm going to see it on the 16th anyway, and hopefully dragging the OH along sometime that weekend.
