I can see that, however one S Stan interview looks to be directly from a zoom and the other was done via IG live, zoom, and transcribed over the phone so itβs been done a buncha different ways. I think, honestly, itβll be up to each publication to make a choice after Friday

With the Dutch interview - there is a translation issue also. "He is in his garden" - now everyone thinks he is a farmer! If they looked further, after the original post, they clarified that "garden" means "front yard, back yard, grass area" not a veg garden. So now everyone on Twitter thinks he is a farmer - that is how stupid stuff gets started. It snowed here the other day - no one is gardening anyway! Yeah, I tweeted about this. As she's Dutch I'm guessing the translator is more familiar with UK English as we're close neighbours. Americans reading this translation who are not familiar with UK English got confused. In the UK the area infront and behind the house we call the front garden and the back garden so doing any work like cutting the grass or weeding is gardening. It's one of those confusing things. Growing up with US television and films I am aware that Americans call this the front yard and back yard. Confusingly we DO actually use the word yard but to us it means something different. In the UK the back yard is a small area at the back of a house which is paved over and usually enclosed. They were common in houses built for workers in the late 1800s and early 1900s but definitely don't have grass or flower beds or anything like that in the back yard. If it has grass it's called a garden. And vegetable gardens we call ...... vegetable gardens!

I've read before that the Brits understand the Americans much better than the other way round because of it. The Portuguese understand the Brazilians because of soap operas but not the other way round and the same story between South Americans and the Spanish. In general the old worlders understand the new worlders much better than the other way round all thanks to the TV and films we watch.

Who else wants to see an Indie-style movie or TV series, about Steve and Peggy after Steve went back in time (at the end of Endgame)?
I know Chris wanted out of marvel, but this isn't a regular marvel movie. It's more of a drama about the human aspect, like an Indie movie.
Do you guys think they would consider this if we float the idea on twitter and if many fans support?

gwendolynmstacy pointed out this ebay sale to me. Much as I'd love to pay 2 and half thousand dollars just to buy a couple of tatty stools one of which has been made holy by having been sat on by Christopher they don't seem sure about posting to the UK. Shame.

GMS drew my attention to the noise about Josh Peck and Instagram. Hilarious. Old timers know who his friend from home Josh Peck is. I mean he's in all the family pictures at premieres. There's a certain irony in people who see themselves as Evans experts getting all huffy in a way that just shows the holes in their knowledge.

I did tag Josh in a tweet that someone bought to my attention - I never expected a reply or acknowledgement but felt I had to tag him.
I did have a DM on Twitter from a Chris scammer, he wanted to know my favourite movie or TV show, so I said I loved him in Star Trek, and thought Parks & Rec was hilarious. The guy didn't even pick up on it.
They seriously need to do some research before trying to scam fans!

Are you talking about the fact you can see the date an account was created and what the initial/past usernames were? I saw that the other day, Chris actually joined IG on December 17th 2019 and his first username was joshpeck3030. I've seen so many people debating if Chris created the account himself or if it was Josh's old account that he passed on to Chris. It doesn't matter either way and seems silly to debate, if only because I don't know why Chris *wouldn't* just make his own account...he does have his old Zeppelin email address to sign up for junk, after all. XD Also agreed re: supposed superfans who don't know who his real friends are. I'll admit some of his friends I don't always remember or recognize, but come on the ones like Tara, Josh, Guillermo, Demery...fans should know them.

To be fair I don't know anything beyond his work. I'm learning as I go now due to twitter and only just learned of the dorito story.

Ah crap I didn't mean to come across like a totally pompous ass, I'm sorry. >_< I was just agreeing with Bob that the ones who act like they're huge fans (and tend to be gatekeepers too which is v irritating) but know very few if any details about him as a person are pretty ironic. For example I have a friend who calls herself a huge fangirl yet she's only seen like 2 of Chris' non-Marvel movies, which is just wtf to me lol. And honestly the only reason I've learned so much about Chris beyond his work is I was unemployed for a while when I first got interested a couple years ago, so I had a ton of free time to just read and research. I'm still learning too!

I'm still learning too! A former friend used to nickname me 'Chriswiki' because I have this thing where I remember all sorts of useless facts and trivia. I know Tara & Guillermo but it took me ages to know who Josh was (or at least to put a face to a name!) and I'm not sure who his other friends are - and I'm not sure I really want to - Chris is the celeb, not them!
I did the same, read up on a load of stuff and binge watched a load of his old movies. It's a bit of a joke that I have a Masters in Evansology (earned to & from the US when I went to see Lobby Hero) but it's just this weird thing I can do. I read once that his shoe size is US 11. I do not need to know that!
