The Esquire interview implies that Chris starts in April - I'm guessing after the promos for Gifted are done.

Edit: Hah I didn't see the second page and you'd already posted.
The LA Premiere for Gifted is April 4th and I read he's doing press for Gifted on the 24th - probably with websites and newspapers. Magazines always have an earlier lead. Hopefully we get a couple of TV interviews.

It looks like Chris is finally on his way to Scotland.
It was announced they are NOT filming both films simultaneously but rather back to back. Filming for Avengers 3 reportedly ends sometime in July. The next one starts right after but again schedules for individual actors are different.

I'm glad we avoided posting those pretty crappy pictures of Chris at LAX the other day btw. He looked uncomfortable. You can tell when he travels courtesy of Marvel because he's always being shepherded off through a bunch of autograph collectors and press, which never seems to happen when he travels privately. Makes me wonder how they know he's going to be there.
Anyway, my question is - was he on his way to Scotland? My 'should I?/shouldn't I?' anxiety is eased as ironically as he arrives I am leaving. We're going to Romania with our Romanian friend. We're actually going to her hometown of Constanta. Yes, where Sebastian Stan was born and lived the first 8 years of his life. I tell you this to make you jealous but also to explain if I go off the radar for a few days. Having said that I've read that Romania has some of the best internet connections in Europe so we'll see what I can do with my phone and iPad.

Yeah he did look uncomfortable, but he always does in these situations I think. Although it's nice to see pics of him sometimes I wish that they'd leave him alone and allow him to travel in peace! I know he travels an awful lot, and spends way too much time in airports around the world but they're not the nicest places to be in. The initial photos did say he was going to Atlanta, only later did other people say he was on his way to Scotland. Who knows, he could be back in Boston laughing at us all trying to guess where he is right now!! Have a good trip to Romania Bob! |

Just before I go to bed- for the benefit of our overseas friends, if you see any reference to Durham Cathedral (where the guys are rumoured to be filming in early May) being in London - it's not. It's in Durham City (oddly enough). Durham is in the north east of England and the cathedral is famous for being one of the oldest and most beautiful in England. For my money it's the most beautiful cathedral in Europe.
