Hello, Chris Evans (from Fantastic Four, not TFI Fridays) is looking pretty huge for Captain America. I don't want to jump the gun but I'm suspicious of a little extra he may have used. Sure you can get huge naturally, some people have great genetics etc. but really, Tom Jane in the Punsiher seemed pretty huge and it took him maybe 6 months. Daniel Craig was big in Casino Royale (mainly shoulders and traps) and he took a few months. Hugh Jackman was huge in XMen Origins, but he was already big and said he took a whole year to get bigger for the film... Enter Chris Evans: He's always been in great shape but never that big. Now he is HUGE, bigger than Hugh Jackman, and far bigger than Daniel Craig/Thomas Jane. How did he suddenly get so big? I don't know how long he had but i'd guess it was within a year so why is he bigger than EVERY celebrity action star. I'm trying to post a comparison pic, but he looks possibly broader or at worse the same size as Layne Norton who is a pro natural who has been plugging away for a goog 10 years to get that big. Forget great diets, great trainers, great trainers, great genetics, great look. This seems a bit much to me. Maybe I'm being too negative. What do you guys think? please help Thanks ! I didn't find the right solution from the internet. References: forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=129475563Cryptocurrency Promotion Campaign

He's not that huge though. His Cap weight is 190-200 lbs and the 200lbs is usually very early on when they have to do the muscle shot - and even then he exercises right before the scene to pump up his muscles. he says he tends to lose about 10 lb during filming. Between Cap films he's probably around 170-75 lbs but still stays in shape so it's it's easier to gain more muscle when filming begins training for Cap. He says each time gaining is easier due to muscle memory. He had about 4 months to gain about 20 lbs for the first Cap film. He had a trainer and a strict chicken filled diet. This is him in November during filming of Avengers: Infinity War. He's in great shape and larger than he is between films but he's not HUGE See photos of him standing next to Henry Cavill and even in their tuxes you can see how much broader and bulkier Cavill is (Evans was in training for Cap 3). Other taller actors with larger frames like Hemworth and Mamoa also get bigger. He has a V shaped body with broad shoulders and slim waist and I think those proportions help make him look bigger. Add in the right clothing and camera angles and he looks even bigger. Note The Losers (filmed pre Cap) in a T-Shirt that fits vs one that's fitted when he's probably in the 170s.

Chris doesn't look at all like the kinda guy who uses steroids (I'm guessing that's what we're talking about here?). He has a sixpack and thick pecs but you can see that's basically just his physical shape bulging up. If you follow a strict workout and diet regime, you can get amazing results. If you compare him to Sebastian, for example, I think Seb's result is far more overwhelming in the way that you can see he basically gained bulk and he isn't usually that top-heavy but worked his way up for Civil War. And even he got there with workout and diets alone. Chris is always big, just gaining definition.
However, I am NOT saying he's just the regular guy you see at the gym. The kind of workout and diet he probably follows isn't necessarily healthy and it isn't what people should do all the time. But are there any steroids or other drugs involved? I doubt it.

i was gonna answer in earnest, but i suspected that this was a troll thread, and on further research, 90% sure it is (or probably more accurately, some kind of bot). i recall that there was an almost identical thread with an almost identical wording with an identical link on the imdb board. then i thought perhaps i was imagining things, but then i clicked on the link. the original post which is linked was composed in 2010. nothing to see here. maybe a job for an admin ...

You can see his evolving size during the film. He's considerably bigger in the basketball scene than the apple eating towel scene. I checked for science.

I had my suspicions but what the heck, it might not have been a bot and there was an opportunity to show photos.

I checked for science. Thank you for devoting 90 minutes of your time for that important experiment. Science and the fandom appreciate your sacrifice. I feel I need to go hunting for more WYN stills. Don't seem to have any of the basketball scenes!
