That was a great interview. He's come a very long way since his 'nervous' appearance on Jimmy Fallon back in 2011. He's relaxed and entertaining and completely Evansy (my greatest compliment!)

As for sporting come-backs although I'm far from being a Manchester United fan they were 1:0 down in the 1999 Champions League Final against Bayern Munich then scored twice in the last three minutes to win the match. That has gone down into sporting history over here. If I can find some watchable video I'll add it. Bet you can't wait.

April Fool memories. You'll be surprised that I can't normally be bothered with it but I remember one April 1st when I had a year 10 class (aged 15) and they were the best kids on earth and I had really good relationship with them. I went into the classroom and it was empty but I could hear giggling from behind the class/wood partition between the classroom and a little room next to it. I looked through and I could see they were all sitting under the tables! Then a boy came in late and I had a 'do you know where the others are?' conversation with him and we audibly decided to go and look for them and left the room. I told the lad what was going on and we planned a counter trick. We waited till we knew they were back in their seats and then walked in together with me yelling at him accusing him of knowing where the class was but not telling me. There was deathly silence when they realised I'd gone psycho and then I turned on them and starting yelling at them for going missing and that senior staff were looking for them. I kept it going for about a minute. I'm actually an OK actor when I want to be and I can do angry really well. Their faces were horror struck and I remember a couple of them looked as though they were going to cry. The best thing was the look of undiluted relief when I started laughing and said 'oh, I can't keep this going any more!' I turned a deaf ear to the names they called me.

They got their own back the next homework when they all organised to leave a blank page in their exercise books and told me it was in magic ink only visible to those who were pure of heart. I just put random ticks and comments. Easiest marking I ever did. Win-win.

True and weird considering he was once known as that comic actor from NATM and FF4. People do love their typecasting.

He's so fantastic in this trailer but even better in setting up playing the full of himself actor who's role (potentially Oscar winning) is more important than the person who's life he's rifling through and exposing in a negative light.

Have you read some of the comments on Youtube and Tumblr - some think Kimmel and Chris were being mean to this poor man.

It's actually so good it's gone right over some people's heads. Still we're living in a world which gave us pizzagate! Oh, there's another level now. Blatant lies presented as fact!! 😂 Superb!
