Opening night isn't listed but if it was end of March I'd assume it was the 27th since they seem to go black on Mondays. He filmed a couple of months for Infinity War - as much or more than most others. It's very much an ensemble film but he's still playing Steve Rogers in an Avengers movie and he's prominent in the poster they released at Comic Con. Hemsworth has even said there's a ot between Tony & Steve in the movie. Regardless whether he needs to be there or not I LOVE the press for Avengers movies almost as much as the movies - sometimes more. I need a new fix of Chris & Chris videos and it looks like I may have to wait until 2019... Yep, no Oscars next year - they're on Sunday, March 4th.

The seats our group has on the 1st & 2nd rows are going for $151. We paid $79 (I think! Not sure on the exact cost as my Canadian friend paid and she hasn't worked it out yet!)

So, are there any other forum members going? It's 84 days until I go! Meeee! But you know that, of course. I'm so excited. It'll be my first Broadway play AND the first time I'll get to breathe the same air as Chris. I'm such a fangirl for this man!

I should have posted about this before but ATTN: For anyone going to see the play from out of town who needs to make hotel reservations.
Someone remarked on Twitter that NYC hotel prices are onerous. They are - if you stay in Manhattan. I suggested she look for hotels in Long Island City, Queens. It's less than 10 minutes by train or taxi from Manhattan and both are easily available to take you into midtown Manhattan where the theater is. If you search on Google it will bring up 67 hotels with a multitude choice of booking options. As per usual many of them have significant deals depending on when booked.

I recently cancelled our hotel reservation because it looked like a total dump and booked an Airbnb in Brooklyn instead. A little futher away (the hotel was literally just a few blocks from the theater) but same price and looks so cosy. Did you guys get the email about the raffle? I'm kinda tempted to get a ticket but then I don't know if the M&G could be combined with the date we're already going or if they could at least make it one of the few days I'll actually be in NYC.
