This video appeared on the net whilst Lobby Hero was still running. It is STRICTLY not allowed to film during a performance so I didn't post it. I'm hoping you'll all agree that enough time has passed to make it more acceptable to post it. If you strongly disagree let me know and I'll take it down.
"The movie came to life every time you were on the screen." Stan Lee to Chris Evans.
I’m a brand new member, have no idea “what” I’m doing, but I’m happy to be here with you all... my kids are huge fans, ergo I am too, this is actually my daughter... it was an amazing experience for her, definitely memorable..
Happy to have you here. Welcome on board. Don't worry, you'll pick it up. Ask if you need any help.
Okay, I think I may be posting this right (we’ll see ☺️). So I was trying to say, THIS, is my mega fan daughter Sarah... I took her to NYC to visit a bakery, and she begged me to take her to stage door... unbeknownst to me, she had an elaborate plan to try for an autograph... it was good, and worked like a charm... She got her autograph and the sweetest, most adorable experience.. I was stunned... sadly, my phone died long before we got there, so I have no pics, or videos... I actually had to screenshot this from an Instagram... I normally would never approach anyone for autographs, but I thought a stage door would be welcome, we’ve done it for other shows when she was small.. I previewed Lobby Hero and bought her a poster, so she had the poster folded into her backpack.. it looked like a truck hit it and crumbled it to bits, but she got her autograph, and a wonderful story to go with it... 🌻
rfkrox You posted a picture! Excellent. Good story. Glad you got to share oxygen with His Chrisness.
Thank you... I’m learning slowly... I wish I had a chance to share oxygen. I Stayed way in the back, hardly able to see, Lobby Hero was a bit chaotic that night.. It was full of enthusiastic fans, who, I’m sure didn’t go to the show.. Because Chris was so nice to Sarah, and tweeted about her before the second show started, she was swarmed by enthusiastic fans as well, we needed security to intervene... it is quite a crazy story. We were approached on the street, followed onto the subway, and again at Penn station heading back across the river out of midtown... Sarah felt like a star for a month... It must be exhausting for Evans to do that every night for so long.. He was gracious and kind to everyone, a really spectacular person, extraordinarily generous.
