A lots of great photos. He never looks happier than when he's with a little kid. It was really nice of him to pose with his big fans Jessica Alba and Anna Kendrick.

So many of these pictures make me cringe. It's so sweet that he will take a picture with fans but there are some he's just at the store, having a beer with his buddies, waiting at the check in desk. "Price of fame" and all that I suppose The ones on set or at events aren't so bad, he's prepared for those, they're more expected I guess? ...but then there are the photos with little kids, those are real smiles! On both faces. Not forced smiles for somebodies Facebook fence, twitter smearing or insta-gratification... He really appreciates the fact that these little'uns are so pleased to meet thier hero, they're not gonna show off a picture like this at school in the same way a "grown up" probably would to thier friends. They're definitely more genuine. gotta add ...I'd love a photo with the guy, but probably not like this... I'm not very photogenic LOL Thank you for posting them ^_^

They're definitely more genuine. gotta add ...I'd love a photo with the guy, but probably not like this... I'm not very photogenic LOL Thank you for posting them ^_^ Totally agree with you!!! One year, I was lucky enough to go with some family members to Disney World for a few days. While I was out with my aunt (she's a huge RDJr fan, so she follows pretty much every social media thing that even slightly has something to do with him) announced that Chris Evans and his brother- possibly his mother and sisters/their kids- were also at Disney World. She got all excited and started teasing me, the resident Chris Evans fan (who also happened to be living in Captain America gear, while at WDW). She kept bugging me about how I had twitter/etc. so I should figure out where people were posting selfies/etc. they took with him and go to those areas so I could meet him, get a photo, whatever. I mostly ignored her. My cousin and I were out, a little later, without the rest of the family and riding all the stuff no one else wanted to ride (things that turn you upside down, stuff that goes fast enough to make your TMJ act up, ones that had longer lines), and we both agreed that if we saw Chris Evans, we would just smile at each other and go about our day. That he was on vacation with his family, same as us. He deserved to be left to enjoy it in peace. We later, after arriving home, got online and saw that a lot of people were posting that they had spotted him and that they were glad to see him enjoying himself with family- it seemed MOST people weren't bugging him. A few even mentioned that, knowing about his struggle with anxiety, they just didn't have the heart to intrude on his time with his family at one of his favorite places in the world. And the few who did seemed to be kids. I heard one story of a woman who thought she lost her kid at WDW, only to find her daughter standing in front of a tall, bearded man, excitedly talking about how much she loved Captain America. It was not until the woman got within three feet of the man, that she realized why her daughter was telling all this to the stranger- because it was Chris Evans. She said she apologized for her daughter pestering him and he waved it off, saying that it wasn't a problem, and the little girl even asked if she could hug him/have a hug before she left with her mom and she got her hug before she left with her mom. From what he's said, I don't think he minds stuff like that- a genuinely moment where a child sees their hero and just rushes over to say hello and maybe even hug him (he's like Disney Santa), almost like he's one of the Disney Princesses or something and the kids have no idea he's just an actor on vacation, and he doesn't want to ruin that innocence for them. It's the adults who have boundary issues that get the creepy stalker photos of him at the store/bar/lobby with that forced smile and rigid posture.

What a great story!! I 100% agree with what you say. If something like that happens when it's done in all innocence and excitement Chris is never going to worry about that. It's the grown ups who should know better that are the pain. They often are not necessarily even 'fans' of Chris. They just know he's famous, good looking and that posting a picture of him on their social media would be good for their 'click' number.

Yeah. We never did see him, although oddly enough on the same trip we did see the leading actress from LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT there, with her child. We didn't let on or bother her, we just talked about it once we got back on the bus to the hotel later in the day. There was a STAR WARS thing going on earlier in the week, and we got in line to talk to Ray Park and Warwick Davis. I think both men got a kick out of the Trekkies who came since we talked to Park about X-MEN and Davis about WILLOW, cause we were those nerds.

I find many of the pictures in this thread rather unconformtable and intrusive. I can't imagine that Chris appreciates being approached on set when he's working or when he's with friends and family. I find it rather rude, to be honest, intruding Chris's privacy like that. I wouldn't approach him unless it was a public appearance, because I think he deserves as much privacy as any normal person has.

That is very true but also they might never find the chance to see him in person again. He has always been kind to his fans as far as i could tell, i don't think it would bother him that much.

You should never bother a celebrity when they are dining out or with family...that's my personal rules. I try to think how I would feel. He's so kind to stop and indulge his fans though

I'm in two minds about these sort of pictures. On one hand it's good to see new content, on the other it's incredibly intrusive - especially if he's at a restaurant or something private.
Can you imagine how the internet would blow up if he said no to a photo request? I think that, in some way, he's forced to say yes.

I see your point, better not keep it then. Gotta delete the post!
